This is not a period pad. It’s a t-shirt made from 100% organic cotton. But people experiencing period poverty might be forced to cut material from a t-shirt like this to use as a period pad — and this doesn’t sit right with nookees.

So we designed this t-shirt to make a statement, with 10% of all sales going towards providing safe, reusable period pads to people who need them via the nookees foundation.

Care Instructions

To take care of your new favorite piece, we recommend the following treatment:

  • 40°C
  • don't use softener or bleach
  • hang dry
  • wash before first use
  • wash garment inside out
  • do not dry clean
  • do not iron

Dimensions

THE T-SHIRT comes with a tight sizing, which means if you're in between two sizes, go for one size bigger than your regular shirts.

Or go with the measurements: Length/ half chest in cm (S 69/49; M 72/ 52; L 74/55; XL 76/58; 2XL 78/61)

Shipping

Great quality, great cause

Got my shirt today and was surprised of the amazing quality. It’s a bit small though, so if you’re in between two sizes, go for the bigger one.
I follow Janina and her mission already a while and this collection is an amazing way to support her even further. Period poverty needs to be seen and with this shirt it’s the first step to make a statement. I also love the fact that 10% go straight into the foundation. Well done, Janina!
