Created from our own search for a gentle, natural ritual during crampy times, the 100% organic ROLL-ON blends nurturing plant oils with grounding essential oils to support your body when it needs extra care. No need for pain killer, or harsh ingredients. Enjoy your moment to breathe, roll, and reset.
Inspired by traditional South African recipes used for menstrual discomfort and soul-soothing scent blends from Bali, this is our ode to slowing down – even when your period cramps are celebrating a party.
What's in it and why?
- Oenothera Biennis Oil (Evening Primrose Oil)
Traditionally used during the menstrual cycle, this deeply nourishing oil is known for supporting hormonal balance and soothing sensitivity. - Calendula Officinalis Extract
A classic when it comes to calming and comforting the skin – soft, nurturing, and perfect when your body feels extra tender. - Melissa Officinalis Oil (Lemon Balm)
Fresh yet calming, Melissa is known for its soothing effect on tension and its ability to bring emotional balance during cycle-related stress. - Salvia Sclarea Oil (Clary Sage)
One of the most loved oils for menstruation. Earthy, warm, and grounding – traditionally used during cramps and cycle discomfort. - Cananga Odorata Flower Oil (Ylang Ylang)
Soft, floral, and deeply relaxing. Helps release tension and brings a sense of calm when emotions feel close to the surface. - Santalum Spicata Wood Oil (Sandalwood)
Warm and grounding, sandalwood anchors the blend and connects body and breath – a nod to traditional rituals from Bali and South Africa.

Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated during checkout, as they vary on your location and size of the parcel (in between 3,90 € and 12,90 €).
We ship to many countries inside the EU and some others as well. You can see if we ship to your country at checkout, as well as the shipping costs.
Free shipping starts at 150€.
We kindly ask our customers to inform themselves about import taxes and duties in their home country, as these must be borne by the customer.

You have the right to return the unused goods within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.
In the case of a defective product we will refund the purchase price and take over the return costs, in all other cases the customer has to pay the return costs. If you have received a defective product, please contact us.
Returns from Switzerland and other non EU countries:
Any additional costs such as customs clearance fees or cash on delivery costs and the collection of packages from the customs office will not be paid, we do not accept such packages. Please make sure that you register your return with customs for free circulation under customs and tax law or pay customs beforehand when returning something to us.

nookees THE PANTY comes with a comfortably sizing of underwear, which means if you're in between two sizes, go for one size smaller then your regular underwear.
Other option: measure your hips and follow our measurements: XS (hip: 89-94cm), S (hip: 95-97 cm), M (hip: 98-104 cm), L (hip: 105-108 cm), XL (hip: 109-118 cm), XXL (hip: 119-124 cm).
Difference in between high waist and low waist: The general cut is the same, the low waist panties are in total 5cm lower compared to the high waist ones (which end close to the belly bottom).

nookees are handmade with a lot of love. To take good care of them, we recommend the following treatment:

- 40°C (in a laundry net)
- don't use softener or bleach
- hang dry
- wash before first use

As our fabrics are just rad, you could wash THE PADS even with 95*C. But a.) you don't need to wash them that hot and b.) it's not good for the environment. So we personally prefer to rinse THE PADS in cold water after use. On laundry day nookees wander into the machine and get tumbled with the rest of any clothes. Hang them dry (with the hanger of THE POUCH) and use them again. And again. And again. For years.
THE DISC:
Clean hands, clean disc - that's the way to start. At the beginning and end of your period, sanitise THE DISC by giving it a 4-5 minute treatment in boiling water (but no longer than 7 minutes). After each use during your bleeding, start with a cold water rinse to keep it looking fresh, then wash with warm water and a mild cleanser. Rinse thoroughly and you're set to use it straight again.

How do nookees work?
nookees are made out of two clicking awesome components: THE PAD and THE PANTY.
You click the reusable PADS with the button system into the PANTY and use them. When it’s time for a change, just remove the PADS with the (un)click of a button, put everything into the laundry (up to 60°C) and use it again. No moving, no leaking, just comfortable safety during your period.
How many pairs do I need?
The KIT comes with one pair of nookees PANTIES and three PADS in different absorbency levels. Refill packages contain either one PANTY or three PADS of your choice. Usually you should be fine with one KIT and one PANTY/ PADS refill.
how can i wash nookees?
As we are only using amazing robust and of course sustainable materials (most of them are even organic, IVN Best), there is no special (laundry) treatment needed. Wash THE PADS hot (60°C), THE PANTY 40°C, short, or long, by hand or machine. You can even put THE PADS into the dryer or under the iron. But if you ask us: better skip that last part to avoid inefficient use of electricity and the fabrics to be overused…
We personally prefer to rinse THE PADS in cold water after use (use it afterwards to water your plants, and they will jump for joy!). On laundry day nookees wander into the machine and get tumbled with the rest of any clothes. Hang them dry (with the hanger of the pouch) and use them again. And again. And again…
what size do I need?
Just choose the regular size of underwear you normally use. If you’re in doubt you can measure your hips and follow our measurements: XS (hip: 89-94cm), S (hip: 95-97 cm), M (hip: 98-104 cm), L (hip: 105-108 cm), XL (hip: 109-118 cm), XXL (hip: 119-124 cm).
Our nookees PANTY is very comfortably designed, so if you're in between two sizes, just go for the smaller one.
