Dies ist ein ethisch hergestelltes T-Shirt, das auch eine wichtige Botschaft enthält: Menschen, die unter Menstruationsarmut leiden, sind oft gezwungen, Material aus einer Tasche wie dieser zu schneiden, um sie als Binde zu benutzen - und das passt nicht zu nookees.

Deshalb haben wir dieses T-Shirt entworfen, um ein Zeichen zu setzen. 10 % aller Verkäufe gehen an die nookees-Stiftung, die sichere, wiederverwendbare Binden für Menschen bereitstellt, die sie brauchen.

Care Instructions

To take care of your new favorite piece, we recommend the following treatment:

  • 40°C
  • don't use softener or bleach
  • hang dry
  • wash before first use
  • wash garment inside out
  • do not dry clean
  • do not iron

Dimensions

THE T-SHIRT comes with a tight sizing, which means if you're in between two sizes, go for one size bigger than your regular shirts.

Or go with the measurements: Length/ half chest in cm (S 69/49; M 72/ 52; L 74/55; XL 76/58; 2XL 78/61)

Wunderbares Produkt- wunderbare Mission

Wer eine perfekte Alternative zu herkömmlichen Periodenprodukten sucht, ist hier mehr als richtig. Bei nookees bekommt Dein Körper genau das was er verdient, nämlich nur das Beste. Ganz nebenbei tut man auch noch was Gutes für andere Menschen, die es nicht so leicht haben wie wir alle hier.

Happy Periods

I had already heard lots of good things about nookees and after "accidentally" landing on the website, especially seeing that the company also supports period poverty projects in the global south, I immediately ordered my first kit. It arrived quickly and carefully packed. I was looking forward to using my perdiod panties for the first time. And what can I say, I love it. At first the feeling was a bit unfamiliar, but I got used to the pads being a bit more voluminous, which at the same time gives a safe feeling. I only wear them at home, and very much enjoy the comfort - with no sweating thanks to the natural fabric.
Initially I was worried if the blood would properly get washed off from the orange coloured pads, but if you stick with the "How To" it does work indeed. :)
One single request for improvement: the "decorative" button on the side is a bit uncomfortable on the hip if you're lying on it.
Apart from that: A clear recommendation for purchase from my side!
Thank you Janina for all the great work you do. I am sure, nookees will make many more menstruating people worldwide happy - directly or indirectly.

Wow. Just amazing. From the beginning I was intrigued. The materials and concept of the panties sounded amazing. Then I emailed the company and the founder responded in the most warm and encouraging and generous way. If I could give a million stars, I would. Then comes the period itself! I have worn a combo of toxic period panties and a cup for years, but it's always obscured me from actually feeling my cycle. This time I felt like I just wanted to squat and merge with the earth. The shock I felt at home many years I have obscured myself from experiencing my moon, and this time getting to consciously bleed and connect with myself--was profound.
